ADVANCED KRAV MAGA


Advanced Adult Krav Maga includes training for P5 and G1 students (Green Belt) and above. 

This is where more defenses against various types of strikes and weapons defense is introduced. As we getting more proficient in the core skills, we’re able add more exotic defenses using the same principals: additional defense against more types of strikes and kicks, hair grabs, and releases, holds and chokes.

INTERMEDIATE KRAV MAGA


Krav Maga for intermediate students includes P3 and P4 (or Orange Belt) and is where the students can truly begin to have alot of fun. 

The primary focus of an Intermediate Krav Maga student is learning how to apply the skills you’ve learned in as a Level 1 student to more advanced scenarios. Another, even more exciting part of Intermediate training is introduction of ‘sparring’, only available to students P3 and above.

KIDS BEGINNER KRAV MAGA
(Kindergarten - 5th Grade)

WHITE BELT, YELLOW BELT, ORANGE BELT

Watchdog Kids Krav Maga is designed to help keep children safe from bullies, kidnappers, and other threats children face. Most importantly, Krav Maga builds confidence and self-respect within your child. We teach children how to avoid confrontation and the options that have in any given situation. They will learn the defenses necessary to escape a situation and the variations in technique based on their attacker—whether it is a bully or a stranger. In Krav Maga we are taught to “walk in peace,” so children are taught decision-making and awareness for any given situation so that only the necessary force is applied.

BEGINNER KRAV MAGA

Our Krav Maga program for beginners includes P1 & P2 curriculum (Yellow Belt) is designed for the average person to understand and practice the fundamental strikes and defenses of Krav Maga while getting in fighting condition. 

In a few months of training 2-3 times per week, our Krav Maga Beginner’s program will get you into fighting shape. We focus on different techniques and philosophies of Krav Maga basics.
